halloween hijinks

Gray's fourth / Jack's second Halloween was highly eventful.  There was a party at Tia and Papa's house on Saturday, a party at mommy's work on Tuesday, a practice trick-or-treating excursion to Oma's, a parade and pinata event at school, and finally trick-or-treating "for real life" in Pulaski.  Here are some photos from the big day:

Actually from the night before
@ Discovery Museum with Tia.

Morning hugs.

The dragon and the doctor discuss injuries at school.

Boo-boos are serious stuff at any age.

Gray patiently waited for his turn at the pinata.
Before his second try, G. turned to mama and said, "I think I'm going to hit it."

And he did! Busted it open! But then...
 he ran and sat down.

At the end of the day, we found ourselves in Pulaski. Still running!

So very excited to arrive at Grammie & Poppie's that night!

I heard you have candy?

The lion approaches a little more cautiously.

Let's paws and take it all in.

Pretty cute.

Also, pre-candy.

Best patients of the night got stickers...

After he gave them each a pretend shot.
