On the third day of our trip...
We went to the beach! Again!
By now we'd been back to Crossings Bay, and also to the "Sea Glass" Beach.
On this afternoon we played at Nippers Beach. There were big rocks here where crabs live, and nice frothy waves to try and jump over. There was a community bucket and sand tools to share and you put them to good use. Grayson handled the design and build aspect, while Jack was sent off by his big brother to collect buckets of water.

That bucket was heavy when full... |

Brothers on the beach! |
Mom was excited to wear the shirt her friend Kate gave her last year, from Alaska!

You made a new friend, an almost eight-year old named Jackson, who showed you that crabs lived in the holes formed on the big boulders you were covering with sand!
Together you fought the waves, and also ran away from them.
Grandpa and BB watched all of the shenanigans and thought about how peaceful things were until we arrived on the island.

You can't see how red Dad is from far away. |
It was another glorious day in paradise!
